How do I get the price of a pallet collection or delivery?

You can use Paletta to chat about where your pallet is collecting from and delivering too. Once she has enough info she will be able to either tell you the cost or else refer you on to a another member of staff who will take a look at your requirements and confirm the cost. If you would like to proceed with the job you will receive a booking form and you can fill it out and make payment to complete the booking.

How do I book a pallet when I’m ready for it to be collected?

Booking a pallet collection is easy. You’ll of course need to know the collection and
delivery addresses, along with contact details for someone at each end. Just click here and fill out the booking form to get your collection lined up – we can collect any weekday except public and bank holidays.

What types of goods can be shipped on pallets using Smart Shipping NI?

Accepted Answer

The only restrictions on what can we can ship on pallets are the obvious ones.. nothing
illegal, nothing explosive (this includes petrol or diesel in lawnmowers etc) all oil must be drained from gearboxes and engines, some battery products will need to be checked, anything potentially hazardous must be declared. If you have a query about moving your goods request a call back HERE

What types of pallet shipments do you handle?

We offer a complete, door to door pallet distribution service daily across Great
Britain, Northern Ireland and ROI. We can also collect and deliver pallets to or from
Ireland across Europe, and we can collect pallets anywhere in UK or Ireland and ship
them to any commercial port in the world. Likewise we can receive a pallet at a port
internationally and ship back to Ireland.

What information do I need to send or receive a pallet delivery?

We will need names and contact info for the recipient and the sender, suitable addresses for both ends (this means we need to be able to access the address in often a large vehicle) we will need an email address and contact name for whoever is responsible for the payment for the invoice and if you are a commercial entity we might need your EORI number to help navigate customs

You can use Paletta to check prices before you book. Network fuel surcharges fluctuate weekly so prices vary slightly from week to week but these changes will be updated by Paletta.
