What types of goods can be shipped on pallets using Smart Shipping NI?

The only restrictions on what can we can ship on pallets are the obvious ones.. nothingillegal, nothing explosive (this includes petrol or diesel in lawnmowers etc) all oil must be drained from gearboxes and engines, some battery products will need to be checked, anything potentially hazardous must be declared. What types of pallet shipments do you handle?

We offer a complete, door to door pallet distribution service daily across Great
Britain, Northern Ireland and ROI. We can also collect and deliver pallets to or from
Ireland across Europe, and we can collect pallets anywhere in UK or Ireland and ship
them to any commercial port in the world. Likewise we can receive a pallet at a port
internationally and ship back to Ireland.

What information do I need to send or receive a pallet delivery?

We will need names and contact info for the recipient and the sender, suitable addresses for both ends (this means we need to be able to access the address in often a large vehicle) we will need an email address and contact name for whoever is responsible for the payment for the invoice and if you are a commercial entity we might need your EORI number to help navigate customs
